| Firstly qualitative and quantitative research was conducted across the GM Holden business, which allowed the formation of GM Holden’s Employer Brand essence, the foundation for the personality and tone of the employer brand: |

Working at Holden, you will be surrounded by people who are driven by sheer passion, determination and excellence, people who are committed to making Holden go better." This was expressed through outdoor, print and collateral. |
