As co-director of the Advertising Energy Group, Kath oversees the activities of the agency with a particular focus on client relations, remaining closely involved in the strategic direction of many of the agency’s key clients and very active in the area of new business development. With 10 years in Human Resources to her credit and 7 years in recruitment employee communications, Kath is one of Australia’s leading authorities on recruitment communications and candidate marketing strategy. In December 2006 Kath moved into the role of joint owner-Managing Director, consolidating the 5 years she spent as National General Manager following the opening of the Brisbane office over ten years ago.
