There are several features of the Ad Energy Rewards program that you should become familiar with. Each of the main components are outlined below, however if you don’t understand something, please feel free to contact us for clarification.

Employee of the Month

Each month, all staff attribute a score of 3, 2 and 1 to the peers they would like to see recognised.

The staff member with the highest score each month will be named Employee of the Month and receive $200 ‘Ad Energy Reward Dollars’. The 2nd and 3rd highest scores will receive $100 and $50 ‘Ad Energy Reward Dollars’ respectively.

An email prompt will be sent out on the last Friday of each month to remind you to cast your vote. Winners will be announced on the first Friday of the Month and also ‘awarded’ their ‘Ad Energy Reward Dollars’.

Employee of the Year

The staff member with the highest number of points over a financial year will be named ‘Employee of the Year’ and awarded with a reward that will be revealed soon!

Director’s Discretionary Rewards

At the Directors’ discretion, ‘Ad Energy Reward Dollars’ may be given out at any time, to any one, based on individual merit and performance excellence.

Bonus Rewards - Monthly Company Targets

All staff will also receive ‘Ad Energy Rewards Dollars (AER$)’ when company targets are met. For example:

Margin Bonus

If the company reaches a target gross margin (billings less direct costs) for a month, AER$100 will be awarded to every staff member (pro rata based on standard days worked per fortnight, ie work 3 days a FN and you’ll receive AER$60). This target is set by the Directors on a quarterly basis and the actual gross margin % achieved will be discussed at the monthly lunches.

Profit Bonus

If the company reaches a target profit % (billings less all costs/gross billings) for a month, AER$100  will be awarded to every staff member (pro rata based on standard days worked per fortnight, ie work 3 days a FN and you’ll receive AER$60). This target is set by the Directors on a quarterly basis and the actual profit % achieved will be discussed at the monthly lunches.
