‘Ad Energy Rewards’ is a program developed to recognise you - the talented and passionate people that truly make our business what it is today.

You’ll find the ‘Ad Energy Rewards’ microsite is a valuable central resource, giving you all the information you need to know, as well as helping you become involved with the program.

How it works

The program is based on peer recognition. Each month, all staff will vote to recognise your co-workers, resulting in an Employee of the Month, and ultimately Employee of the Year. Winners will receive a reward in the form of ‘Ad Energy Reward Dollars’, which can then be redeemed for a range of approved items, such as Apple products, travel vouchers and more.
