Case Study - AGL

Our Mission
AGL were looking to stand out in a recruitment market where much of the competitive messaging was sophisticated but with little differentiation. They were looking for an Employer Brand Position which resonated with the master brand and looked to Advertising Energy to help articulate the EVP and roll-out.

Action Plan
Advertising Energy conducted research and on the back of sound information developed the 'Expect more. Do more' EVP. This provided a strong creative spring board for employer brand advertising, careers website, internal communications collateral, video, and internal events showcasing real employees living out the truth in AGL's EVP.

A strong and challenging EVP that is the backbone to drive consistent messaging for staff and recuitment communications.
