Case Study - Cornish Group

Our Mission
Cornish Group approached the Advertising Energy Group to help them with their submission to be appointed as the sole sales agent on the Spring Farm Project – approximately 1,100 lots forming part of the Spring Farm development area, to be staged over a 10 year period.

Action Plan
Our proposal focused on segmenting their target markets and developing product and lifestyle mix advertising using a combination of database and direct marketing to a strategically defined group to drive exclusivity, brand awareness and sales enquiry. Together with traditional media and ambient solutions, our unique point of sale recommendations added a new and unexpected dimension to land marketing and promotions.

Mission Accomplished
Our creative and strategic input assisted Cornish Group to win the tender and Advertising Energy Group have been appointed as sole agency on this development. We have since gone on to develop sub-brands and collateral for the release of stages of the development.
